It has been an honour and a privilege to help guide my clients to a more active lifestyle, over the course of 10 + years as a Personal Trainer. But, there was a piece missing, MY health wasn’t quite there. Still feeling tired, bloated and allergic to many things, I was at a loss.

WHY?

I decided to figure it out

I am happy to report I am no longer bloated, tired or have allergies!

I believe strongly that food is the key to our health. It is grossly mis-understood and misused by many health practitioners. It is my passion to help educate people on how the foods we eat can either help with attaining optimal health but it can also create disease.

If you are tired, stressed and unwell, I know how that feels! I can help change that for you.

I believe in working collaboratively, with my clients both in nutrition and personal training, towards a healthier lifestyle.

Our world is fast paced and filled with a tremendous amount of stress, what we eat is pivotal in how we manage and thrive.

I naively thought with the fitness element in place I would be the healthy person I desperately wanted to be, but that was not the case. Despite, my best efforts to eat healthy, I often felt tired, bloated, was still over weight and suffering from allergies. I couldn’t connect to what I found on the internet and I was not willing to put my health at risk with fad diets and misinformation. I just did not have the education. So, I decided to study nutrition and I am a proud graduate, with merit, of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I became the nutritionist I wish I had!
