A Holistic Nutritionist will consider diet, lifestyle, stress levels, nutritional habits, your job and family situations as well as your symptoms when guiding a client to improved health. Through natural nutrition, each client is treated as an individual and plans to bring health, wellness and balance are individualized as well. I use everyday foods, exercise and techniques for stress management to help you get to the root cause of your health concern and back to feeling energized and healthy.
Often times a dietician focuses on the illness or disease whereas a Holistic Nutritionist’s focus is individualized for the client, is focused on the root cause of the health concern as well as providing preventive measures.
Well, that is up to you. As a Holistic Nutritionist, it is my focus to help you understand why you are experiencing irritating symptoms like bloating, fatigue and/or allergies. Together, we will find a practical solution that fits your lifestyle and help bring back balance and wellness.
Our first meeting will be approximately 60-90 minutes. Together, we will discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, stress levels, activity levels, your history of diets/nutrition and any hesitations you may have about beginning. We will come up with a plan that is specific to you for your wellness journey. I will give you my written recommendations to take home and implement.
