Happy World Vegetarian Day! OK you can stop rolling your eyes!! Here’s the deal, not everyone needs to become vegetarian to be healthy. I strongly believe that not everyone would do well on a vegetarian diet. I have been one for almost 30 years and I have tried several times to be vegan but just could not make it work for me. I would be tired most of the time, so busy in the kitchen and irritatingly I would gain weight. So, I have given up and started to listen to my body and so should you! What I do believe is the reduction of meats consumed can go along way not just for your health but for our environment.
