Nov 11 Lest We Forget

Hey there!

Eating, body awareness, my overall health and self esteem have always been a struggle for me, so I understand and have intimate knowledge about what you may be going through.

I started out as a wheezy asthmatic kid in and out of hospitals and often attached to oxygen. I was told “No” a lot for fear of triggering an asthma attack, so there was minimal exercise and limited exposure to potential allergens.

I never really thought about being “fat” or how my body looked until I had to take steroids and gained a lot of weight which I definitely did not grow out, as hoped by the doctors and my parents.

This started my journey towards self hatred and my poor relationship with food. After years of struggling I decided that I needed to educate myself on how our bodies work, how food affects our health and how to properly exercise.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years and a Holistic Nutritionist for over 5 years.

I know what it feels like to be lethargic, sick and have no idea why. It doesn’t have to be this way, I can help you learn how your diet is directly affecting your energy levels, your over all health and your moods.

You must be tired of feeling crappy all the time, I know there is a better way. Let’s figure this out together.
